I was reflecting recently on all of the fun Thanksgivings that I've had. In particular I remember the Thanksgiving at Gared's cabin, I had such a fun time that year. Last year, Vanessa and I were the penniless loners with no family in town, and we went hiking and moose searching on Thanksgiving, and then enjoyed our meal at Cracker Barrel. I had blueberry pancakes. That was a very fun Thanksgiving as well.

Well this Thanksgiving definitely makes the top 5. It felt to good to be enjoying the day with my parents. Mom's cooking is always the best (I did help out a little bit this year... after some coaxing) and to top it all off, Dad and I got to go see the Cowboys beat the Raiders! We've always wanted to go to a Cowboys game, and we had so much fun, I think it may become a tradition!

The stadium is staggering. It's so HUGE. And the jumbo tron can be overwhelming as well.

Selena Gomez performed during the half time show. I had always wondered what they did for half time show. Now I know.

I managed to get on the jumbo tron before the game started. They were having a little pregame show by the entrance of the stadium, and Dad and I got there plenty early, so while I had some time to kill I decided to brave the crowd and see if I could sneak in for a shot. I texted Dad when I got there, and he snapped this video.

And it was a Cowboys win! Dad and I had a blast!

Thanksgiving break has never been more appreciated. Jenna found this meme a long time ago, and we had many laughs over it. Well I found it again recently and I laughed even harder. It's so true! 16 credits sure is kicking my butt this year.
But it must be paying off. I mean, just look at these ceramic beauties I made recently ;)

Today it was 78 degrees out, and I wore shorts. Once upon a time I would complain about it being so warm out on December 2nd, but two years in Utah sure did cure me of that. It can stay 78 degrees as far as I'm concerned. Winter is overrated.

Well things are going well at the Salon. I've been let loose, and it feels great to be earning money doing something I love. School is almost over. Next week are my finals, and then I'm done. One semester down, many more to go :) Did I mention I'm looking into going to Texas A&M? They have an outdoor rec major. We'll see, I guess.
